# 10 Things To Do In Bozeman When It's Raining

We get it, you came to Bozeman to enjoy the outdoors. You were so excited to hike, fish, mountain bike, rock climb, whitewater raft, and explore, but it's raining. Though rainy days in Bozeman aren't the regular, with over 300 days of sunshine, they do happen. When they do, you don't have to sit inside, just waiting for it to stop. So, we put together a list of ideas, activities, and places to visit to keep you busy when the sun isn't shining. Enjoy!
## Spire Climbing Center
Just because it rains, don't miss out on climbing. Check out Spire Climbing Center and try some indoor climbing. Spire features over 18,000 square feet of climbing surface for all skill levels. You can test your skill at bouldering or rent a harness to try one of the rope walls. There is enough here to keep you busy all day.
## Tour the Breweries
If beer is more your style, we've got you covered. [Bozeman's brewery scene](https://blog.visit-bozeman.com/blog/bozeman-breweries-enjoying-the-best-beer-around-town) is one of the best in the state with lots of options to choose from. In the state of Montana you are only allowed to be served three beers at a brewery, due to the state's brewery license restrictions. Featuring a total of 12 indoor and outdoor pools that range in temperature from 59 to 106 degrees, there is something for everyone. They even have a spa to help you relax, on your visit to Bozeman.

Located at the Gallatin Valley Mall, Regal Gallatin Valley Cinemas offer a great place to watch a movie. Don't miss the big blockbuster or bring the kids to the latest cartoon. Sometimes, a bowl of popcorn and a great movie are just what the doctor ordered on a rainy day.
## Hit that Bullseye
We know, we know, we said 10, but we like to over achieve in Bozeman, so we tossed in a bonus. Speaking of throwing insomething extra, the newest craze in the BZN is axe throwing. Bozeman's own[LumberJaxe Throwing Company](https://www.lumberjaxethrowingco.com) is the place to have some mideval fun, while hanging with your crew. Located near Four Corners, on Pronghorn, LumberJaxe is a relaxed environment to enjoy some time indoors.
When it rains, don't stay cooped up all day, get out and explore some of the alternatives. Of course, if you are a die hard you can always grab your fly rod and hit the Gallatin for some fly fishing, but for those of you who like to stay dry, there is still plenty to do in Bozeman.
